Deep purple-black colored, the 2020 Château Pauillac rolls out of the glass with upfront scents of crushed red and black currants, raspberry preserves and boysenberries, plus wafts of lavender, wild sage and crushed rocks. Medium-bodied, the palate offers beautifully perfumed red and black fruits with a firm, grainy texture and just enough freshness, finishing on a lingering spicy note. Nicely done!
